The accommodation comprises a family suite of two bedrooms and en-suite bath/shower room. There are three further bedrooms, two with hand basins and there is a second full bath/shower room and a third WC. The sunroom has been equipped as an additional sitting room with a large bed settee suitable when extra sleeping space is required. Large sitting room/dining room with wood burner and views over the river to Dartmouth. The sitting room area has a television equipped with sky digital, video, and a DVD player. There is also a telephone (for incoming and emergency calls only) and a computer with broadband connection. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. For larger parties, there is a second back-up kitchen on the ground floor, with an adjoining boot room/wet weather drying room. Central heating is provided to the sitting room and the family bedroom; all other rooms have electric storage heaters. All bed linen and towels are supplied, together with all heating and electricity which is included within the tariff. Cots and highchairs are available upon request.
Outside there is a gas barbeque situated on the balcony which is accessed through the main sitting room. There is ample parking on site for vehicles and trailered boats and the property is within easy reach of slipways.
